Head of Plumbing / Chief Plumbing Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Engineer / Superintendent with strong international exposure and a solid background in procurement and sourcing.

Role Overview
The Head of Plumbing will lead all plumbing operations across the organization, overseeing technical execution, procurement activities, and providing expert guidance to project and site teams. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and technical excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all plumbing teams and site activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for plumbing materials, including supplier coordination (primarily international suppliers)

• Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BoM), cost estimates, and technical bids based on project drawings and specifications

• Act as the primary technical authority, supporting Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Superintendents with expert guidance

• Review, validate, and approve plumbing designs, drawings, and blueprints

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex on-site plumbing systems and challenges

• Ensure compliance with international standards, codes, and best practices

Profile Requirements

• Extensive experience in plumbing engineering and site supervision on large-scale projects

• Strong background in procurement and supplier management

• Proven international project experience

• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across multiple functions

• Excellent technical, analytical, and decision-making skills
