Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing

• Manage the full procurement cycle for plumbing materials
• Coordinate with international suppliers (primarily Israeli-based)
• Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and Bills of Materials (BoM)
• Develop cost estimates and support tendering/bidding processes
• Review material quantities based on technical drawings
• Ensure cost control and efficient sourcing strategies

Technical Leadership

• Act as the senior technical authority for plumbing across all projects
• Provide guidance to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams
• Review and approve plumbing designs and technical documentation
• Validate blueprints and ensure compliance with standards
• Support design optimization and execution strategies

Project Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide high-level technical support for complex plumbing systems
• Assist site teams in resolving escalated technical issues
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, and execution
• Contribute to improving system performance and implementation

Candidate Profile

Must Have

• Senior plumbing engineer or superintendent background
• Strong international project experience
• Proven experience in procurement and purchasing
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
• Experience preparing BoQs, BoMs, and cost estimates
• Experience managing teams and coordinating across projects

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international suppliers (Israeli suppliers is a plus)
• Background in large-scale infrastructure or civil projects
• Experience in emerging markets or international environments
