Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Product Engineering to lead and scale the product engineering function. This role involves full ownership of delivering a cutting-edge AI security product, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade. You will collaborate closely with product management, AI research, and security teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams across frontend, backend, DevOps, and QA

• Collaborate with product and research teams to define and execute a clear engineering roadmap

• Embed secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices throughout the engineering process

• Design and implement cloud-native, scalable architectures tailored for AI-powered cybersecurity use cases

• Champion CI/CD, test automation, and DevSecOps to accelerate delivery with high quality

• Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics for product reliability and security

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous innovation

• Oversee hiring, mentorship, and career development of engineering talent

• Identify and proactively mitigate technical and security-related risks

• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles

• Proven track record of leading product engineering teams delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions

• Deep knowledge of software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices

• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Passionate about AI, cybersecurity, and delivering impactful enterprise products

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML product development and deployment

• Knowledge of industry security frameworks and compliance standards

• Background in DevSecOps and automated security testing

• Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industry environments
