Job Description

• Developing strategy of all projects at inception stage.
• Supervising all aspects of construction activities
• Managing all stages [pre-tender & post tender] of all projects.
• Manage entire process of appointing lead Architect, specialist consultants for all  projects.
• Providing direction on entire design process (Concept stage-detail design- tender documentation]).
• Managing consultancy input within the defined budget.
• Managing entire tender process of appointing contractors.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
• Managing project’s timelines and cost control
• Highlighting Risks and client key actions in advance.
• Prepares weekly and Monthly Projects updates thru Dashboards and reports on progress for stakeholder review.
• Supervising all aspects of construction activities

Minumum Criteria

• Bachelor in civil Engineering.
• 10+ years experience working with a reputed property developer in UAE.
• Experience in overseeing end to end project development/Feasibility/Value Engineering.
• Strong Experience in directing Residential & Hospitality turnkey projects.
• Excellent Technical and Interpersonal Skills
• Must be a Native Arabic Speaker/European
