Responsibilities and duties:
1. Ensure total service quality as per the international standard level

Design entire quality assurance process and procedure involving all relevant team, eg Unit, Integration, System, User-Acceptance, Performance, Disaster Recovery, User/API/File interface Testing

Candidate should be aware of payment solutions including Middleware, Switch, Payment options, POS Terminal Application , Mobile Application and related Payment ecosystem, Payment gateway

Design, detailed test cases for POS Applications involving Payment schemes and Financial switches (VISA , MASTERCARD & RUPAY)

Oversee the execution of Online payments such as Payment gateway , Netbanking , UPI , Wallets & other online payments test cases and ensure that the product is adhering to the functional specs authored

Define and execute the quality roadmap and KPI for POS and Online Payment Gateway involving all internal and external stakeholders in the end-to-end value chain

Contribute ideas to improve our QA processes and best practices based on your extensive experience. g Closely liaise with the Project Management team, Product team and Devlopment team

Ensure participation of testers in ALL steps of the development life cycle and remain accountable for producing high-quality documents / test results

Implement the Testing Team’s overall test strategy for multiple, complex system solutions ensuring Establish and ensure that recognized testing standards and methodologies are duly followed by the team members

Implement quality improvement activities as appropriate to improve testing performance and efficiency

Manage / coordinate resource allocation for projects to ensure optimum capacity utilization. Ensure team members are trained in all areas required by

Prepare and ensure that QA KPIs meet the targets e.g. Productivity, Incident Acceptance etc

Implement state-of-art methodologies related to quality assurance such as LR for Perf testing, Selenium, JMeter etc

Monitor the test team to ensure that the results are being delivered as per plan

Demonstrate a strong positive 'CAN-DO" attitude with a strong focus on results and delivery
Steering Job Requirements:

Good understanding of SDLC and STLC

Experience on using defect management tool

Must have managed Testing Team
