Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance performance.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Implement best practices for candidate sourcing through job portals, internal databases, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline hiring operations.
- Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and improve processes.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in the IT services domain.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to refine hiring strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance within the recruitment team.
Requirements & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in hiring for the IT services domain is a must.
- Proven expertise in managing recruitment delivery and executing hiring strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address recruitment challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective people management skills with experience leading a recruitment team.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel.
- A go-getter attitude with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
