You will be running the recruitment function for this distribution and production company. The work will include:


 

• Team Management and Development, including hiring and inducting new recruiters
• Working closely with business leaders and department managers
• Managing of expectations of all stakeholders
• Cooperation with other support teams
• KPI setting and Management
• Improvement of current proccesses
• Reforming underperforming proccesses
• Working on global projects

The person

We are looking for more than just a recruiter. You have already managed a team of recruiters and are able to set goals and manage the motivation of the team to achieve KPIs set. You are a strong communicator who is able to survive in a quite stressful environment ensuring on time delivery. Line managers are local and international staff so a good command of English will be required.
You are also diplomatic to find common understanding with business unit heads
