Job Description
Requirements:

Talent acquisition strategy design and realization over Caspian Sub-Region (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Turkmenistan).

Effectively expand recruitment sources and methods. Identify the most efficient candidate search channels. Organize candidate outreach through these channels.

Set goals and oversee the Recruiting Team (6 recruiters + one Manager in each country). Allocate vacancies, considering the position level and workload of each recruiter.

Maintain reporting and analytics on recruitment. Monitor the achievement of key performance indicators.Providing and control realization of the annual plan of requirement in personnel.

Regular feedback sessions with Business Managers, HR Manager and Managing Director.

Personally close TOP and critical vacancies

Development of job descriptions/job profiles
-
Development of recruitment reports and dashboard
-
Conducting Onboarding program for Newcomers
-
Conducting Training on recruitment for managers/heads/supervisors
-
Updating and application of new technologies in selection and interview techniques
-
Concluding contracts with the recruitment agencies and with mass media

Participation in Job Fairs
-
Establish and foster collaboration with universities.
