Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue generation across B2B, B2C, institutional, and enterprise segments.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
- Build scalable sales processes and performance-driven sales structures.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional and national sales teams.
- Set KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for sales functions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
- Foster a high-performance and growth-oriented sales culture.
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutions, enterprises, and strategic partners.
- Develop key account strategies to maximize long-term business growth.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasting, reporting, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, training, and leadership teams.
- Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize business decisions.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and revenue initiatives.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Recommend innovative go-to-market strategies and business models.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven expertise in B2B and B2C Sales with a strong record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Extensive experience in Sales Management and team leadership.
- Strong Account Management and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in EdTech, Training, Education, SaaS, or Technology sectors will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of institutional sales and enterprise partnerships is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in leadership or senior sales management roles.
- Prior experience in scaling sales operations across multiple geographies preferred.
