Here is details of the role:
We are looking for Head of Sales -Nano Advanced material, a dynamic person who is customer orientated with solid technical background and international exposure.
The aim is to develop the overall commercial and marketing strategy development and conduct the company's revenue growth in France, Eu and Globally.
One of the Head of Sales' missions is to recruit, develop skills, and retain the Sales team(5-6 ppls) , reporting directly to CEO.
Main Missions and Responsibilities
- Develop and Implementation of sales/commercial, according to the group’ strategy and overall objectives.
- Identify vertical markets, sector with recurring volumes and sales - Structure the sales pitch.
- Contribute to the negotiation and closing of contracts for key accounts - Generate short and medium-term revenue.
- Set sales objectives for your team - Participates and build comprehensive sales budget with the team and follow progress to deliver.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team, analyse KPIs, and develop action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Regular reporting on market trends, customer relationships, customer acquisition, new project with his manager.
- Proactive on new development/Pipeline and customer needs in collaboration with internal Technical/R&D department.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts.
Qualification requirement:
- Engineer in Chemical/Material/Composite with previous commercial experience
- 5-7 years commercial in nanotechnology, composites, coating, polymer additives, elastomers, adhesives… would be an advantage.
- Experience in management/Building sales team - Sales/Customers oriented – Strong negotiation ability and leadership.
- Proactive in change management
- Marketing posture – Value selling Proposal - Experience in project management.
- Resilient, strong communication skills
- French and English fluent
- Ability to travel 30-40%
