Manage project planning, budgeting, contractor performance, and project risk. Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards, project execution, and industrial performance. Candidate Profile Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing industrial engineering and capital investment projects. Previous leadership experience managing engineering or project teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CAPEX project management throughout the full project lifecycle. Experience gained within the food, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, or process manufacturing industries is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
