Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Development and implementation of a sales strategy.
- Setting up and monitoring the implementation of sales plans.
- Analysis of market trends and adjustment of strategies.
Working with clients:
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conflict resolution and handling of complaints.
Analysis and reporting:
- Preparation of regular sales reports.
- Analysis of the department's performance and development of proposals for its improvement.
Team Management:
- Recruitment, training and motivation of staff.
- Development and implementation of incentive systems and KPIs for employees.
- Cooperation with other departments:
- Interaction with the marketing department to develop advertising campaigns.
- Coordination of actions with the finance department on budgeting issues.
Required professional skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to negotiate and make deals.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in the development and implementation of motivation and KPI systems.
- Ownership of CRM systems and office software.
