Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Set sales targets and provide guidance to sales team members to achieve and exceed them.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, leveraging these connections to drive sales and secure repeat business.
• Lead sales team meetings and provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
• Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
• Implement and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales processes.
• Participate in industry conferences, events, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
• Work closely with the senior management team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process, tools, and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
