We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales function across all channels. This role is responsible for setting strategy, driving revenue, managing key accounts, expanding distribution, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets

Manage and grow sales across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce

Lead regional sales teams and ensure performance against KPIs

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners

Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance for aligned execution

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgeting plans
Requirements
-
10+ years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer products
-
3–5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong experience in managing channel sales and distribution

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
-
MBA or equivalent preferred
