Our Client is an IT Solutions company part of a strong multinational group that cultivates proximity and agility to provide their clients with effective support until the success of their projects.
We look for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join their team, playing a pivotal role in overseeing all financial and accounting aspects of the company. We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional market expertise, leadership skills, and a strong proactivity and intrapreneurial mindset.
- Purpose of the Role : new business development of the IT group dedicated Solutions . As Head of Sales your role in to ensure new sales development and increased performances of the sales team in Romania.
- Ongoing tasks: You will need to coach and develop the KAM existing team into a real consultative solutions team for the benefits of the clients and in view to grow the existing business
- New tasks – to Drive strategic partnerships with key market players for acquisitions of dedicated group solutions. Sap, Microsoft, Salesforce based knowledge -are amongst themust haves. You will hire /develop hunters profiles that will grow the business segment.
- You have ultimate responsibility for ensuring revenue and customer business growth.
You act both as individual contributor (mainly!) as well as via sales managers reporting to you directly. You are in charge of developing sales team identity, competencies and best practices as well as foster innovation and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Networking local (must have) if possible in Europe too (nice to have) – extended business networking (different sectors, different industries)
- Business acumen + finance & sales in depth knowledge
- Extensive Solutions sales experience
- Strong people management skills (previously coordinating at least 1-2 medium size and diverse teams of farmers + hunters)
- Coaching and experiential learning skills – applied to his / her own team
- At least 1 - 1.5 years of experience in business transformation organizations/ M&A (merger & acquisitions) companies
- A true “builder” profile, as ideally went through M&A process that requires high resilience to changes
- Emotionally balanced, very good stress management, resilience, adaptive behaviour
- Strong stakeholders/shareholders management skills
- Empathetic when needed, decisive when necessary (situational leadership)
- English must have + another international language - a nice to have
- The ongoing sales tasks and existing KAM the responsibilities day to day are the typical ones :
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve the sales target. Develop their consultative client set of skills!
- Design and implement strategic plans to increase business
- Seeking new sales opportunities and hire good hunters
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure accurate sales management structure and reporting
- Regular meetings with sales team to assess sales performances etc
