Head of Sales – Data Engineering & Analytics

We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader to scale our data engineering and analytics business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and excels at selling complex tech solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end sales function and drive aggressive revenue growth

• Build and execute sales strategies across CPG, Retail, eCommerce, and New Age Tech

• Unlock opportunities in Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing

• Own enterprise-level client relationships and drive high-value negotiations

• Manage complex sales cycles for data, cloud, and AI/ML solutions

• Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless client engagement

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team

• Create a winning sales culture with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability

What You Bring

• 12–15 years of proven sales success in data engineering, analytics, or tech services

• Experience selling into CPG, Retail, eCommerce, or Tech-led companies

• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, strategic deals

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Deep understanding of cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
