Head of Sales – Data Engineering & Analytics
We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader to scale our data engineering and analytics business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and excels at selling complex tech solutions.
What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end sales function and drive aggressive revenue growth

Build and execute sales strategies across CPG, Retail, eCommerce, and New Age Tech

Unlock opportunities in Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing

Own enterprise-level client relationships and drive high-value negotiations

Manage complex sales cycles for data, cloud, and AI/ML solutions

Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless client engagement

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team

Create a winning sales culture with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability
What You Bring

12–15 years of proven sales success in data engineering, analytics, or tech services
-
Experience selling into CPG, Retail, eCommerce, or Tech-led companies
-
Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, strategic deals

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
-
Deep understanding of cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies
-
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
-
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
