Job Summary:

Head of Sourcing & Procurement  drive the procurement of high-quality materials and finished products. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will build and manage a robust, ethical, and scalable procurement network, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury standards, sustainability goals, and evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts to secure the best quality, pricing, and lead times.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, mills, and manufacturers that align with the brand’s quality and aesthetics goals by collaborating with design team.
• Implement a supplier evaluation and performance monitoring system.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
• Manage inventory levels and procurement budgets, reducing waste and optimizing supply chain costs.
• Oversee procurement of fabrics, trims, and raw materials, quality control, shipping, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• MBA or master’s in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and supply chain optimization with 3-4 years specifically in leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
