The Role
This is a fabulous opportunity to use your Job board or tech software sales management background to help build an international success story. You will be responsible for a team of 2 and have access to a marketing operations and IT support team of more than 10 people. So whilst this is a start up it has all the benefits of an established business with IT tech infrastructure and brand new platform, digital marketing and operations support.
You will be driving and be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining enterprise customers
- Planning and executing long term account strategies with measurable goals and objective to drive ROI for customers
- Provide ensure continuous analytical data insights and recommendations
- Focus on key job board metrics to ensure that goals and milestones are met
- Acquistion of new software and tech clients as users of the job board
- Growth of relevant SM audience on LI, FB, Instagram, Tiktok
- Building of a fresh, market targeted candidate database;
- Implementation of a pricing model for advertisers, database mining and a variety of complimentary ad revenue streams
- Continuous improvement of the platform using AI and machine learning
Ultimate P&L responsibility:
- CSR positioning
- Hiring and building the team to fit market demands
- All aspects of marketing of ATJ from digital to traditional methods
The Person
In your current role you will be utilising your commercial and technical knowledge of what makes digital marketing resonate and coordinate with digital sales. You will have already experienced success in making things happen and now want to move on to your next challenge.
You will have will experience in B2B account management within the Job board industry, experience leading a small team, and excellent written and oral communication skills
