Role Summary:
As the Green Chelates Head, you will lead the development of high-performance, sustainable chelates while ensuring compliance with global regulations and alignment with market trends.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Innovation:

Drive R&D initiatives to create biodegradable chelating agents for detergents, water treatment, and agriculture.

Foster a culture of innovation in sustainable chemistry.

Product Development:

Optimize the synthesis of MGDA and GLDA for cost-effectiveness and scalability.

Develop next-generation variants with improved biodegradability and performance.

Regulatory and Sustainability Focus:

Ensure products meet global environmental and regulatory standards.

Lead sustainability initiatives to minimize the ecological footprint of chelating agents.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with manufacturing, product management, and external stakeholders to transition R&D projects to market.

Engage with academic institutions and suppliers to stay ahead of industry trends.

Commercialization:

Oversee technology transfer from R&D to production.

Provide technical insights to marketing and sales teams for effective product positioning.

Qualifications
-
Education: PhD/MSc in Chemistry, Sustainable Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 12+ years in chelate development or related fields.

Skills:

Expertise in green chelates like MGDA, and GLDA.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
