Job Description
Responsibilities

Manage Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for the entire group and all business units.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Center of Excellence and Service Provider:
- Act as a Center of Excellence for all business units, providing expertise and support in talent acquisition.
- Function as an in-house headhunting and recruitment agency for HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Customer Orientation:
- Maintain a customer-oriented approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels for both business units and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to understand their specific talent needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Process and Systems Management:
- Develop, optimize, and manage recruitment processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition, leveraging technology and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes in a complex organization with multiple business units.
- Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Expertise in developing and managing talent acquisition processes and systems.
