Job Description
What you'll do:
Talent Strategy
Develop and continuously improve a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals and tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
Workforce Planning
Lead workforce planning to anticipate future needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure alignment with nationalization and regulatory requirements.
Talent Acquisition
Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring a strong candidate experience and compliance with government hiring mandates.
Employer Branding
Create and promote a compelling employer value proposition to attract top Saudi and expatriate talent while adhering to local labor laws.
University Relations & Early Talent
Build partnerships with Saudi universities and lead internship, Co-op, graduate, and Tamheer programs to develop early-career talent pipelines.
Digitalization
Drive digital transformation in talent acquisition to improve efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and enable data-driven decisions.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Embed DEI into talent strategies, focusing on gender diversity, women’s advancement, and nationalization goals.
Talent Analytics & Reporting
Use HR analytics to track key metrics such as attrition, mobility, and nationalization, supporting strategic decision-making.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and proactively manage workforce-related risks.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders, government entities (MHRSD, HRDF, MOH), and external stakeholders to drive talent initiatives.
Essential Capabilities
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
-
10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in talent or HRBP roles in Saudi Arabia
-
Experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, or similar industries
-
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and nationalization requirements

Proven success with university partnerships and early talent programs
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in Arabic and English

Skilled in project management, HR analytics, and digital HR tools
