- The role is responsible for end-to-end operations; production, manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance and quality, to ensure deliverables in all aspects of operations like Safety, Quality, Productivity, Standardization, TPM and Continuous Improvements.
- Also will be responsible for budgeting and ensuring profitability of the operations; desired candidate should have strong techno-commercial understanding.
- This individual will manage internal and external customers.
- The candidate should have an operational background with Stamping experience, Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of people skills and strategy.The candidate should be an effective communicator and have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
