Roles and responsibilities:

Implement PMS, reward and recognition, learning & development, C&B at plant level and will work closely with Sr. manager corporate HR to design all people related policies and guidelines.

• He/ she will be directly responsible for recruitment & selection (on and off rolls including contractual staff) and will deliver through his team on time and also ensure quality resulting in zero line stoppages.

• Spear head all HR/IR/ admin activities for the plant including HR operations through his team.

• Will be the custodian for Health and safety in the plant and will deliver the same though the team

• Will maintain the engagement levels at the plant by interacting with all HODs and employees and address their day to day issues.

• Will ensure that the entire employee life cycle and HR operations are managed smoothly at the plant level.

• Will identify critical talent and will be responsible for leadership development, retention and growth.
