Seeking a highly experienced and seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Head. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of onboarding new customers in the field of 3PL Warehousing and Contract Logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth of the company by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the 3PL Warehousing & Contract Logistics space
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and develop customized solutions to meet those needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new customers
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive activity, and effectively communicate insights to internal teams and senior leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity records in CRM

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the 3PL Warehousing & Contract Logistics space
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding new customers and growing existing accounts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet customer needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the 3PL Warehousing & Contract Logistics industry
