Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer requirements. Identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Use this information to identify target markets, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Product Development: Key Coordination with global and regional Segment Team and Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally including design and development, manufacturing, to define product specifications, features, and timelines. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Lead product development projects, including planning, resource allocation, and coordination of activities across different teams. Monitor project progress and address an issues or delays.
- Product Launch and Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products. Collaborate with regional sales teams to create product messaging, promotional materials, and sales tools. Monitor product performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and gather feedback to understand their needs and preferences. Use customer insights to drive product improvements and enhancements
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for segment-specific activities. Monitor expenses, track cCM1, and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of marketing resources.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting. Monitor product profitability and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams involved in product development and management. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve product management processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Technical Professional Knowledge:
- Proven experience in marketing management
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales and close deals.
- Proficiency in using sales analytics tools, MS Office, and other sales-related technologies.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet customers, assess market dynamics, and support the sales team.
