DESIGNATION: VP/SVP

LOCATION: Mumbai

EXPERIENCE:

• • Should be from Indian Stock Broking Industry, worked/working in product teams
  • At least 5+ years of trading domain experience in product development, technology, and digital business
  • Should have led the team and managed product end-to-end
  • Should have experience in leading tech teams to deliver complex projects on time

PEOPLE:

• • Manage team size of 5 to 10 members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in identifying the needs and supporting them to succeed in their goals
  • Conduct periodic reviews within the team and cross-functional teams and bring everyone on the same page regarding order and priority
  • Provide training to the team and also learn new things from time to time

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT

• • Management of the entire product portfolio
  • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Definition, monitoring of the company's relevant KPIs, and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
  • Manging 10+ member product team
  • Work very closely with technology teams in product development
  • Work very closely with Branch/business teams to drive product sales and penetration
  • Review compliance and regulatory circulars as and when they arrive and work with vendors, technology, compliance, and operations in implementing them
  • Ensure quality of the documentation in the BRDs, WireFrame, User Stories, etc
  • Measure the product success with its usage and key metrics tracked through MIS and Analytical tools

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

• • You will be responsible to lead the transformation of customer-facing platforms in the organization
  • Create and present visionary innovations and proposals
  • Build world-class trading apps, websites, and other platforms on the latest technology
  • Lead the separate team carved out for this project

AGILE FRAMEWORK / JIRA TOOL

• • Good understanding of JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, Slack, etc.
  • Facilitator for Scrum team as and when needed
  • Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective to be implemented for a Team/Product
