1. Transportation Operation: ? Support RDC/Plant team for timely truck placements as per the agreed SLA. ? Drive for spot vehicle placement based on the enlisted transporters for improving service level on need basis. ? Monitor stock in transit and timely reporting at destinations & drive transit compliance. ? Drive truck utilization process based on right fit modeling. ? Ensure SOB compliance as per the direction from FMT. ? Track truck detentions at locations. ? In-transit damage evaluation and necessary action for controlling the same. ? Monthly Transporter performance evaluation, Scorecards and monthly reviews with transporters for performance improvement. ? New transporters on boarding process, vendor creation, contract documentation etc. ? Drive reverse logistics and movements of stocks from Depot to RDC Or, Depot to Depots, etc.
