Our client is a prestigious manufacturer of luxury goods and for its Headquarters in Madrid, requires a person who will lead the Health and Safety Department.
Responsibilities:
· Manage worker health surveillance by ensuring health and safety analyzes are performed as required.
· Training and information for workers and managers on the prevention of occupational hazards in their respective jobs.
· Monitor and ensure all employees are up to date with all required safety trainings.
· Evaluation and preparation of work procedures to minimize occupational risks
· Supervise daily compliance with programs aimed at improving workplaces regarding hygiene or ergonomics parameters.
· Lead safety projects, coordinate activities and empower employees to develop and obtain specific safety goals and objectives.
· Carrying out safety inspections, accident investigation proposing and implementing solutions to avoid new accidents
· Enhance safety and organization projects exploring opportunities and adding value to job accomplishments.
· Define and monitor the health and safety KPIs for all levels of company employees, supporting the Management team in their compliance
You will be responsible for prevention in factory, offices and warehouse

At least, 8 years of experience in H&S role
· Bachelor's degree and H&S certification.
· English fluent.French will be a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Knowledge of and experience with national H&S legislation
· Strong orientation towards people, having great communication skills to convey information on H&S to employees
· Ability to compile technical data and prepare analytical reports.
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
· Problem-solving and organizational Skills : Coordinating general workplaces operations to ensure compliance Health & Safety standards.
