Job Description
- Bachelors pharmaceutical or medical Degree, masters degree in Health Economics or equivalent will be an asset;
- Experience in healthcare industry (pharmaceutical or medical device); experience in health economics will be an asset
- Understanding of the National Healthcare Systems and how it is structured, funded and reimbursed;
- Solid understanding of Kazakhstan Healthcare market dynamics and trends;
- Ability to continuous self-development by nurturing skills and knowledge, being adaptable to new challenges/demands and responding to them in a flexible and positive way;
- Good analytical skills and ability to evaluate, understand and interpret data from both internal and external perspective;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels in an organization;
- Generating new ideas and approaches by leveraging knowledge, best practices and continuous improvement;
- Accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette;
- PC advanced user MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
- English: upper-intermediate level or higher.
