• At least 10 years of experience in executing or supporting Environmental management systems
• Proficient in Sphera Essential and Schneider Electric’s Connoisseur or other EMS COTS
• Able to develop, tune, implement and support Sphera Essential modules including, but not limited to, Air Quality, Waste Management , Process Data Manager , etc.                                                                                                                       
• Supply on-going business configuration specific and technical support
• Manage, resolve and/or route ticketed requests to other partners where necessary
• Find improvement opportunities with support services and environment maintenance
