Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferable in Health- related field

· 8-10 years’ experience in Pharm/Biotech company

· 5+ years’ experience in Public Policy and/or Patient Advocacy related role

· Strong leadership skills

· Country level policy shaping, and advocacy work and experience is an advantage

· Proven track record or knowledge of conducting policy and advocacy initiatives, programs or events

· Experience in managing high performing teams

· Experience in project management and strong cross functional team collaboration 

· Excellent external communication skills with key stakeholders including media, general public and key stakeholders

· Strong ability and experience working in a complex matrix organization
