Responsibilities：

▪ Responsible for heavy-duty diesel engine development technology, displacement over 13L;
▪ Able to lead the complete engine design and development work(not parts design);
▪ Undertake the development plan of the company's product strategy planning department, evaluate the feasibility of new products and new technology applications;
▪ Engine technology strategic planning.

Qualifications：
▪ Educational background: master's degree or above;
▪ Major: Thermal energy and power, vehicle engineering, internal combustion engine, agricultural mechanization and other related majors;
▪ Working years and qualifications: more than 10 years of powertrain design work experience, with strong organization and coordination ability.

Skills:
▪ Necessary ability: problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, project management;
▪ Strategic system construction experience in word leading OEM, proficient in diesel engine industry technology and business research, and understand the future development trends of the powertrain field of heavy trucks;
▪ Have excellent problem solving, structured analysis, and logical thinking capabilities;
▪ Excellent communication, coordination and expression skills, cross- team/department/company collaboration experience; English fluent;
▪ Have good market analysis and consumer insight capabilities, familiar with the characteristics of automobile marketing and consumer contact environment, and able to formulate unique and effective product plans.

Tools required:
▪ Strong written presentation ability, clear oral presentation logic, with English reading, writing, and communication skills;
▪ Familiar with and fast data analysis, familiar with the 16949 system process, and master quality tools such as 5W applications;
▪ Familiar with creo, catia, unipiot, CRUISE, MATLAB, INCA and other software, failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA): familiar with the failure mode and failure mechanism in the product design and manufacturing process, and be able to propose corresponding prevention programs.
