Antal International is looking for a large Automotive Group, a Heavy Truck Electric Propulsion drive System Technical Expert - HYCET Commercial vehicle

Work Location : Baoding, Hebei, China

Recruiting Unit : HYCET Commercial vehicle

Salary : Negotiable, depending to the profile, but very high range level

Responsibilities:

1. Overall scheme planning and definition of new energy vehicle electric drive module system

2. Responsible for the development of e-drive and electric control and to guide the development of other electronics units

3. Organize and lead project implementation or development, technical review and dispute decision-making; communicate and solve technical problems related to customers, suppliers, partners, engineering, team internal, etc.

4. Technical project management, training team members, developing and breaking down R&D plans and nodes, technical risk identification and control

Qualifications:

1. Priority to be given in Bosch and Zf heavy truck e-drive development project leader

2. Master degree or above, automotive or mechanical engineering background

3. More than 20 years experience in powertrain related research and development

4. Extensive experience in automotive system development, including electric drive and other engines, transmissions, power electronics, batteries, wiring harnesses and connectors

5. Fluent in English
