Title: HEOR Consultant
Work Condition: Remote

The Profile and Job Description:
- Acting as a project modelling lead on several health economics projects.
- Participate in the start-up, set-up, conduct and close out of projects, ensuring adherence to the client’s expectations and health economics best practices.
- Ensure secondary desk research/ primary market research is conducted according to the protocol requirements.
- Design and develop transparent and user-friendly health economics models of healthcare interventions using different data analysis tools throughout the product life cycle, pre- and post-launch, for global and local use.
- Perform Quality Checks, draft project deliverables such as user guides, model protocol and technical report.
- Responsible for developing study specific worksheets as needed such as SDR, DGs, Excel extraction sheet.
- Identify quality issues (QI), and support in mitigation of any deviation from protocol across all processes.
- Ensure adherence to rules and regulations of ISPOR and other HEOR guidelines.
- Create economic tools and materials to support access and uptake.
- Ensure Health Technology Assessment (HTA) requirement is built in including Real World Evidence (RWE), analysis, studies and other requirements.
- Provides expert advice on HEOR and HTA submissions methods, clinical development needs, real world data development and analysis, regulatory issues, and access.
- Propose opportunities to improve project efficiency, results, or team performance.
- Work on a client facing role, when needed, under the guidance and support of Line Manager/Project Owner.
Qualification required for Job:
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public Health, Health Economics, Medical, or Life Sciences fields.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field of Health Economics modelling with exposure to different HEOR modeling development or adaptation tools, such as COI, BIA, CUA, CEAs.
The Personality traits required:
- Solid understanding of Targeted Literature Reviews (TLS), Systemic Literature Reviews (SLR), and modeling regulations.
- Proficiency in medical and HEOR terminology knowledge.
- Excellent in R language and the different applications of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in VBA and macros programming Language.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate information and ideas with clarity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to excel under pressure.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software.
- Solid Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to interact with diverse groups and others, relating and gathering sensitive information.
