JD – Backend Engineer (Senior, 4–6 Years)

Role: Senior Backend Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Bangalore | Full-time | In-office | 5 Days Working

Role Overview:
This role involves taking ownership of system design and architecture and solving high-level backend challenges for financial document processing systems. Build robust APIs and data processing systems that power financial document workflows for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high performance APIs for document upload, processing and retrieval
• Build data processing pipelines for financial document analysis
• Implement business logic for document validation and compliance workflows
• Optimize database queries and data models for scalability
• Write clean, testable code following best practices
• Collaborate on system architecture and technical decisions
• Debug and resolve production issues in realtime systems

Technical Requirements - Must Haves:

• Strong python or go programming skills
• Rest API design & development
• Database design and optimization (Mongodb, Postgres)
• Git version control and code review practices
• Understanding of async programming concepts
• Production debugging & troubleshooting

Technical Requirements - Nice to Have:

• Experience with document processing systems
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with docker and containerization
• Understanding of data validation & business rules
• Experience with testing frameworks
