THE COMPANY is a specialist in testing a wide range of life insurance systems like Life Asia, Elixir, HP, GraphTalk and Ingenium and serves 33% of India’s Life insurance companies. 70% of THE COMPANY’s staff is domain specialist who can plug any type of domain related bugs in software. It tests a wide range of insurance systems like Life Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium.
THE COMPANY is enterprise QA partner for Bajaj Allianz, Canara, HSBC, OBC Life among others. They use a wide array of THE COMPANY’s testing solutions across their core systems, mobile apps, portal and enterprise systems to achieve scalability and efficiency along with an assurance of experiencing smooth & bug free applications.

Position Summary
Leading the Life insurance Practice
Principal duties and responsibilities
- Driving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY’s Life insurance vertical
- Own the company’s life insurance targets and ensure deliverables are optimised
- Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accuracy in estimating the size of the project and defining deliverables
- Preparing and obtaining approvals for IT Revenue, Capital and Manpower budgets based on corporate guidelines while Monitoring and optimizing IT spend.
Skills / Experience
- Desirable to have worked on
- 15-20 years in the insurance segment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained.
- Should have a keen eye for cost control
- Should have strong knowledge of Automation Testing
- Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams
- Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
Desirable to have a P&L responsibility
