Responsibilities : 

• Assesses patient, initiates needed nursing care and makes appropriate referrals to other disciplines. Conducts community visits to provide care to patients at home according to treatment and care plan.
• Properly uses the IMC/ HHC equipment and reports any damage.
• Observes patients for changes in condition and reports changes  appropriately to physician or designee.
• Obtains orders for changes in the medical plan of treatment to respond to the patient's conditions.
• Documents all observations and interventions in an accurate and timely way; using both written  and electronic documentation as required and instructed.
• Initiates and sustains implementations of orders for  medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician in the physician's plan of treatment.

Qualifications : 

• B.Sc in Nursing
• 2 or more years of Experience in Hospital Setting
• Computer skills, Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. 
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
