Our Client is a leading residential and commercial developer, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the Cypriot market, offering its clients services such as property sales, rentals, management, and construction.
For their fast-growing operations, they are looking for a “Hotel General Manager” (Experienced in Luxury Hospitality)
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze finance data, prepare reports for the board of directors and manage ongoing profitability.
- Manage, build and develop the team members.
- Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments
- Be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the company’s annual operating budget, marketing, and sales plan
- Monitor the property’s business reports on a daily basis and take actions and decisions accordingly
- Manage the property management of the hotels.
- Suggest impactful strategies regards to the profit and loss statements
- Prepare detailed reports (profit and loss, financial, budgeting)
Your profile:
- BSc in Business, Finance, or Hospitality. MBA will be considered a plus.
- Work experience of at least 10 years in a relevant position.
- Background in the luxury hospitality industry.
- In-depth understanding of finance and project management principles
- Russian and English languages, Greek will be considered a plus.
