Job Description
For a stunning resort in Lake Garda, we are looking for a:
Hotel Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Hotel Manager with a strong background in hospitality and a particular focus on Food & Beverage (F&B) and SPA services.
You will:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the resort to ensure smooth day-to-day management and deliver exceptional guest service experiences.
- Inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence while aligning with the company’s vision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests and VIPs, anticipating their needs to deliver a personalized experience.
- Address guest complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and monitor profit and loss statements.
- Ensure all facilities, including F&B outlets and the SPA, operate at the highest standards and meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to discuss and optimize operations across various units.
- Supervise property maintenance, renovations, supplier relationships, and furnishings to maintain a premium environment.
- Oversee and ensure effective security measures are in place for guest and staff safety.
- Conduct regular property and service inspections to maintain consistency and quality.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and business partners to support strategic goals.
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote the resort and increase visibility.
Your Profile:
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with international exposure.
- Proven expertise in F&B operations and Wellness/SPA services.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of German is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
