Our client, who are globally recognised within the food industry for fresh meals, are currently recruiting a HR Admin/Receptionist at their London site. This is a on-going temporary position and has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
You must have strong administration experience (filing, updating systems in this case their HR/Payroll system being the first point of contact on reception for visitors/manning the phone line. This is a 40 hour week starting from 08:30am and is on site only.
Excellent opportunity if you would like to delve further or explore within HR administration.
HR Admin/Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely reporting of daily and weekly people KPI's
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of team members
- Prepare the data and inputs for the production team payroll
- To effectively manage the day to day running of the Reception and office
- Organise the companies briefing, parties and team celebrations
- Be the first point of queries for the people team
HR Admin/Receptionist Key Skills and Experience
Experience of working in a busy environment, ideally but not exclusively, within HR or a reception based role that involves customer interaction
HR Admin/Receptionist Skills:
Competent user of MS Office at intermediate level, experience of using MS Teams
Confident and effective communicator
Experience of completing admin tasks accurately
A great organiser
