Currently we are looking for an HR/administration specialist, with Chinese mandarin English and Spanish fluently communication skills.
Responsible for the establishment of a subsidiary of a charging pile company, based in Barcelona.
Working place: Barcelona, Spain
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation and management of the company's administrative affairs
2. Implement and improve the company's administration, personnel and other systems and plans
2. Maintain employee information and human resources process management
3. Responsible for employee attendance management
4. Collaboration with HR team for the company recruitment related activities
5. Participate in employee labor contract preparation and employee relationship management
6. Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and relevant departments
Job requirements:
1. University degree, and background of human and financial knowledge are preferred;
2. Chinese Native speaker, fluent in English, Spanish is preferred;
3. 3 years working experience in administrative, human and financial management is highly evaluated;
4. Experience in the establishment of subsidiaries of Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred;
5. Knowledge of office and software such as Excel , PowerPoint and Word
6. Working permit in Spain is fundamental.
