HR Administrator (Temporary, Potential for Permanent Placement)
Position Overview:
Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This temporary role will commence in January with the potential for a permanent placement. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- **Employee Records Management:** Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and benefits data.
- **Recruitment Support:** Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining recruitment records.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding:** Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documentation, orientation, and training coordination. Manage offboarding procedures and conduct exit interviews when necessary.
- **Benefits Administration:** Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.
- **HR Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations. Assist in maintaining HR-related documentation and files.
- **HR Reporting:** Generate and maintain HR reports related to employee data, turnover, and other HR metrics as required.
- **Employee Relations Support:** Assist in resolving employee queries, issues, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience working with [specific HR software/systems relevant to the company].
