Responsibilities - HR Administrator:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for potential employees and volunteers, starting from advertising positions to extending offers.
- Initiate the setup of employees within the HR System and the creation of corresponding personnel files.
- Request and manage incoming and outgoing references.
- Assist the HR Advisor in generating standard letters for various change processes.
- Deliver a recruitment service which meets the needs of your regional area and supports the development and achievement of local action plans for reducing vacancies and improving retention.
