Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Assist in organising employee training programs and events.
Office Management:
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure office equipment is in working order.
- Manage office mail, including sorting, distributing, and organising.
- Help in organising company events and meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or HR support role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in HR administration is a plus
