Looking for an HR Advisor to join an expanding company based in Hook, the company are offering competitive salary, hybrid working and on-site parking
To provide efficient, effective and professional HR support to the HR function, employees and managers in the UK. Supporting the managers on a range of HR generalist activities, with responsibility for the administration of key recruitment and HR Processes
* To be the first point of contact for the HR Team, providing sound and credible HR advice to employees and line managers
* Provide Generalist HR Administration support for the function, in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, probation reviews, employee relations, organisational changes, references. Ensuring all electronic employee records are accurate, complete and audit ready
* Co-ordinate company benefits admin with external providers for Private Health-care, Cash Plan, Discount Savings, cycle scheme, childcare vouchers, eye care vouchers
* Administer Sponsorship and Immigration visas with support from the HR Manager
* Working with the HR Manager to deliver workshops/lunch and learns on line manager soft skills including absence management, recruitment skills, performance development, equality and diversity
* Proactively manage the PSL and build strong relationships with external recruitment providers, complete all recruitment coordination and administration providing offer letters and contracts of employment, liaising with all relevant stakeholders internally and externally
* Co-ordinate the on boarding/and deliver inductions of all candidates/new employees into both UK sites
* Organise monthly company events, including large events such as Christmas and Summer parties, monthly social events and well-being events
* Work with internal customers on ISO, compliance and quality activity
* Administer/recording and monitoring of Leaveplanner absence management system
* Administer all payroll impacting transactions for accurate reporting to the external payroll company within Payroll cut off dates and submitting with all relevant approvals
Looking for a candidate who is CIPD Level 5, previous experience within a similar role. Ability to work in a confidential, professional manner without constant supervision. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
