Job Description
Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Aldridge - Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice to employees and management on a range of HR issues.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is a mandatory requirement.
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
