A global company in Crawley need an HR Advisor / Talent Consultant to join the European Team. The role will focus on Senior Recruitment, Talent, Leadership and Diversity, you will be comfortable with data and reporting. This is a new role so a very exciting opportunity paying £35-36K.

• Can manage projects, implement change and support countries on a regional scale

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the recruitment process of senior roles (screening CVs, responding to candidates, scheduling interviews, etc)
• Analysing key metrics and data
• The reporting and consolidation of key information as well as the production of relevant support materials (e.g. PowerPoint documents)
• Supporting the logistics and coordination of the Talent programme
• Building expertise on our ATS (recruitment system) and be the point of contact between various providers when potential integration occurs
• Supporting the various diversity initiatives

Required Skills

• Able to demonstrate an interest and passion for HR/Talent Management/Development and Diversity
• Comfortable working with data
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive mindset
• Organised and able to prioritise
• A degree in HR or Business (ideally)
• Experience within an HR Operations and/or recruitment team is preferable
