Our client is a global leader in metal flow engineering. They’re looking for an HR & HSE manager for their operations based out of Ras Al-Khaimah.

Required –

• A professionally recognized H&S qualification to a degree level, or relevant previous experience
• Significant track record of managing QSHE requirements in Industrial manufacturing
• Likely to have more than 5 years’ experience
• MENA Experience preferred

Scope –

• HR Generalist, Office Administrator and Public Relation Officer. Actively handling employee relations, maintaining employee records and payroll support, recruitment and onboarding, interpreting and advising on employment law, dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures, processing visa applications and contracts.

• Evaluating the workplace environment and developing safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees
• Implementing and complying with any legal, environmental and safety, requirements and/or checks
• Leading the team in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors
• Be creative and proactive contributor on the management team, focused on identifying opportunities to continue improvement
• Planning and implementing HSE program based on Vesuvius HSE standards
• Providing relevant information to sectors on all HSE matters
• Forming safety committee, coordinating meetings, and maintaining record of the same and implement recommendations
