Job Description
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into actionable people plans
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance acceleration
Talent & Performance Management
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development strategies
- Drive a high-performance culture through robust performance management practices
- Coach and support line managers on leadership effectiveness and team engagement
Organizational Effectiveness & Change
- Support and lead change management initiatives aligned with business transformation
- Identify organizational gaps and implement practical, scalable HR solutions
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with local labor laws and internal policies
- Manage complex employee relations topics with professional judgment and discretion
- Promote a compliant and ethical work environment, particularly within a regulated industry context
HR Operations & Execution
- Oversee and support core HR processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery to the business
Profile & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering
- Strong experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated multinational environments
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience supporting field-based / commercial teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
