HR Business Partner – Hospitality Industry
We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented HR Business Partner to develop and implement effective human resources policies aligned with business objectives in the hospitality industry. The role involves managing recruitment, employee retention, and development processes, promoting a positive organizational culture, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing the human resources strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Developing HR policies to support business growth and improve team performance.
- Creating employee retention programs for key staff and developing a strong organizational culture.
- Forecasting personnel needs and recruitment strategies to meet business requirements.
- Developing and implementing a strategy for attracting talent suitable for the hospitality industry.
- Creating and managing onboarding programs for new employees.
- Developing and implementing training and development programs for all levels of the organization.
- Implementing performance evaluation systems aligned with company objectives and overseeing those processes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Managing labor disputes and mediating relationships between employees and management.
- Monitoring and optimizing workforce costs.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.
- Advanced level of English (other foreign languages are an advantage).
- Experience in implementing HRIS systems and digital HR processes.
- Advanced skills in recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Team spirit, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach.
